Both loose leaf and tea bag packaging comes with the same amount of tea.  The standard supply amount is enough tea to make at least 14 (8oz) cups or a 7 day supply (allowing for 2 cups per day).  Loose leaf tea needs to be placed within a steeper to help contain the herbs.

A complementary steeper will be included with any loose leaf orders.

Tea Bags: place tea bag inside an 8oz cup of hot water. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Sweeten to desired taste with honey or sugar. Drink up to 3 cups daily.

Loose Leaf: measure out 1-2 teaspoons of the loose herbs into a steeper. In an 8oz cup, let steep for about 5 minutes. Sweeten to desired taste with honey or sugar. Drink up to 3 cups daily.

You may be able to reuse a tea bag while it's still fresh. After about 2 cups, the herbs will lose their effects and must be discarded.
